3sixtystreet is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand and product vision to life through visually stunning and engaging designs. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and print materials that reflect our company's values, aesthetics, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various digital and print mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing collateral, advertisements, packaging, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and design requirements.
Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity for 3sixtystreet, ensuring brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
Create and edit images, graphics, and multimedia content to enhance the overall user experience and engagement on our website and social media channels.
Produce high-quality illustrations, infographics, and other visual content to convey complex ideas and information in a visually appealing manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software to ensure the adoption of the latest design practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
Review and provide feedback on designs created by other team members and external partners to maintain design quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design versatility.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design tools.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to take creative direction, accept constructive feedback, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
Time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
