Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Design Specialist at our New Delhi location. The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials. They will also be involved in image editing and ensuring high-quality visual assets for various projects.
Roles and responsibilities-
1.Create Visually Appealing Images:
- Develop engaging and eye-catching images for social media and other digital media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
2.Design Marketing Materials:
- Design logos, brochures, packaging, performance marketing creatives, images, and animations that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
3.Optimize Landing Pages:
- Design and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates.
4.Maintain Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand language and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all media.
- Work independently and cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload.
5.Utilize Design Tools:
- Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, Webflow , Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro to create and edit design assets.
6.Keep up with trends and Technologies:
- Stay updated with emerging design trends,tools, and technologies in the industry to maintain relevance and enhance their skill sets.
- Experiment with new techniques, software, and design trends to push creative boundaries and deliver innovative solutions
Requirements-
- Proven experience of 1+ years as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Hands-on experience with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, Webflow, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in creating images for social media, digital marketing, and other online platforms.
- Ability to design logos, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Familiarity with designing and optimizing landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for keeping up with design trends and best practices.
Additional Considerations-
1.This job is 100% onsite, location- Delhi
2.6 days working, Monday to Saturday.
3.Pay Range- 3.5-4.8 LPA based on experience and skill sets.
