The Role: Graphic Designer

You'll be the creative powerhouse responsible for shaping our clients experiences through stunning visuals.

Think data visualization, compelling illustrations, and sleek layouts that deliver research-driven insights with style.

As part of our in-house design team, you'll collaborate with internal clients to produce everything from dynamic webinars and presentations to visually captivating reports.You'll ensure all designs align with our brand's aesthetic and standards while jugglingdeadlines with ease and creativity. Your work will help us meet strategic goals with flair.

What You'll Do:

- Brand Guardian: Maintain consistency of brand standards across projects, working cross-functionally to stay ahead of any brand updates.

- Visual Wizardry: Create top-tier designs in a fast-paced environment using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft ONice tools like PowerPoint and Excel (charts included).

- Creative Multi-tasking: Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and exceed client expectations with work that's on time and error-free.

- Communication Pro: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and translate ideas into visually stunning designs.

What We're Looking For:

- A college degree in graphic design (or something closely related).

- A minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft ONice, particularly in InDesign, Illustrator

- A solid understanding of proofreading marks (bonus points for this!).

- Impeccable attention to detail you'll deliver flawless, high-quality work every time. - Strong communication skills that shine both in writing and verbally.
