Ideal Candidate:

With an impressive 3+ years career built around brand design and communication, you will have so far worked on conceptually outstanding and brilliantly executed briefs.

Your task as a Senior Designer / Creative Director will be:

1. To decode client briefs, and come up with brand strategy

2. Conduct brainstorming/ideation sessions and come up with a creative strategy

3. Lead client presentations with strategy and creative designs, and impress them with your work

4. Creative direction of shoots and creative input, as well as take lead of the post-production process

5. Mentor / groom our junior designers and talent pool

7. Working as part of a team or autonomously, you will need to provide feedback on other creative work in relation to specific briefs.

If you can create engaging creative solutions with minimal guidance then this is a demanding but fulfilling role.

Skills

1. 3+ years of creative industry experience. Designers working for corporate companies/brands need not apply

2. Proven ability/case studies that showcases expertise in branding / packaging / communication design

3. Your portfolio must show outstanding creative work. Your portfolio must showcase work across different Media

4. Must have multi-disciplinary experience working on branding, print, packaging and advertising. Digital is a plus.

4. Should have experience with managing multiple projects with a small team.

5. Should be proactive and be able to come up with original and disruptive solutions

6. Equally important is someone who is passionate, engaging, personable and open to ideas. You need to be excited by the prospect of pushing design in new directions.
