Video Production
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for different purposes, including promotional videos, advertisements, corporate presentations, and social media content.
Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and sound to capture high-quality video footage.
Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas that align with the companys goals.
Edit and enhance raw video footage using video editing software, adding effects, transitions, sound, and text overlays.
Multimedia Content Creation
Create multimedia content (both static and dynamic) for online platforms such as websites, YouTube, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Adapt content for various formats, ensuring optimized resolution and size for each platform.
Photography
Capture high-quality product and event photos for marketing purposes.
Edit and retouch photos to meet the company's visual standards.
Concept Development
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop visual concepts for campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals.
Stay updated on design and video trends to maintain fresh and current content.
Project Management
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
File Management And Archiving
Organize and maintain a library of design assets, video footage, and project files for easy retrieval and reuse.
Archive all completed video and design projects according to the companys protocols.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video production.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
Knowledge of animation software is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Photography and video production skills, including knowledge of lighting, framing, and camera operation.
Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and videography work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
