Responsibilities: Create visual designs using Adobe Illustrator and Canva, including name cards, ID cards, festival posters, recruitment posters, and monthly top producer posters.
- Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts and ensuring content consistency.
Handle new agent registration procedures, including the preparation of name cards, banners, ID cards, and starter kits.
- Assist in coordinating agent award days, company incentive trips, team-building events, BOP activities, and annual dinners
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
- Office Administration Support:
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.- Assist agents with the preparation of letters, documents, and forms as requested.
Manage company merchandise (T-shirts and lanyards), including preparing invoices and conducting stock counts.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
Diploma in Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 or 3 years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Photo Editing, and InDesign is highly desirable.
