GRADUATE ENGINEERING TRAINEE

Description

We are looking for a Graduate Engineering Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in engineering and a passion for learning and development. This is an entry-level position and is suitable for recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the design and development of projects
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance engineering skills
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering)
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in software tools like CAD, CAM, and CAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
