Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our team. This position is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, including design, manufacturing, quality control, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of lubrication systems.
  

• Support the manufacturing process by ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  

• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to product performance.
  

• Collaborate with senior engineers and other departments to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  

• Conduct research and provide recommendations on process improvements and new technologies.
  

• Prepare technical documentation and reports as required.
  

• Engage in customer support activities, including installation, maintenance, and servicing of products on-site.
  

• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of the industry.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
  Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is preferred.
  
  Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
