Job Description
Directs the activities of a team/shift of production workers (semi-skilled and skilled) so that established production targets, including volume, cost and quality measures are safely met. Focuses on weekly activities, and giving daily assignments to a mid-large sized shift/team. Operations are of simple-mid level complexity (e.g. managing more than 1 line/area), normally requiring some more complicated machine set-ups.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand company policies & functioning and develop as a professional Learn about global JM businesses and contribute to growth Calculate product bill of material (BOM), product variable cost and optimize wherever possible Ensure shift-wise production schedules are being met and support in timely delivery to customer Address issues related to safety, productivity, quality, delivery & cost Ensure housekeeping & 5S in the plant Support in JMPS roll-out on site Participate in new product/new project trials to achieve the right output
