- Use knowledge and experience to apply digital skills to assist with the support and implementation of ProjectWise
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues.
- Provide support to the business using ProjectWise on projects.
- Provide coding and scripting to help automate processes and data management within ProjectWise.
Responsibilities
- The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical and functional support of cloud based Bentley Systems ProjectWise
- Within ProjectWise, define and convey user configuration & workflow needs for project requirements.
- Delivering ProjectWise User training on a project basis with supporting documentation
- Able to provide customizations to ProjectWise using coding and scripting techniques
- Further develop and define ProjectWise initiatives supporting the digital and automation teams within the business
- ProjectWise training will be provided to ensure projects can be supported.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Have a qualification in a relevant technical or engineering subject
- Have experience in programming languages such as:
- SQL query writing
- C#
- Visual Basic
- .NET
- Powershell
- Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise as a document Management system
- Understanding of web technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to be an agile team player and communicate effectively among a diverse work team in multiple locations. Confident in dealing with technical experts/specialists, engineers and project managers
- Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information; talk with customers or clients; listens well.
