Grader Operators for romania (Europe)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our team in Romania (Europe). The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate should be able to operate a grader to level and grade surfaces of earth, such as highways, roads, and ditches.

Responsibilities

• Operate grader to level and grade surfaces of earth or paved areas
• Align machine with reference stakes and guidelines on ground
• Drive grader in successive passes over working area, observing reference stakes or hand signals of other workers, to level the surface to specified grade
• Operate grader controls to regulate height and angle of blade and to lower scarifier that loosens packed soil to permit grading
• Ensure that the grader is maintained in good working condition by performing daily checks
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubricating, fueling and cleaning
• Record daily production and material usage
• Ensure that safety standards are maintained at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Grader Operator in the job market context of India
• Experience in operating a grader to level and grade surfaces of earth, such as highways, roads, and ditches
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of grading and leveling
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on the grader
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to speak Romanian language is a plus
