Position: Government Sales Tender Executive**

**Job Summary:**
We are in search of a dynamic Government Sales Tender Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing tenders, specifically on platforms like GeM e-procurement and various state e-proc portals including Railways and PSUs.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of not just submitting, but winning tender applications, showcasing a deep understanding of complexities inherent in government procurement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Opportunity Identification: ** Proactively identify and meticulously analyze tender opportunities across a spectrum of government platforms, including GeM e-procurement, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- **Document Preparation and Submission: ** Craft meticulously accurate and competitively compelling tender documents within stipulated deadlines, ensuring adherence to all specifications and requirements.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration: ** Collaborate seamlessly with various internal departments to gather all requisite information and documents necessary for the seamless preparation and submission of tender applications.
- **Real-time Portal Monitoring: ** Monitor government tender portals vigilantly for updates, clarifications, or amendments, promptly responding to any queries or adjustments to maintain the competitiveness of submissions.
- **Thorough Record-Keeping: ** Maintain meticulous records of all tender submissions, including comprehensive follow-ups and detailed outcomes, facilitating insightful post-tender analysis.
- **Stakeholder Relationship Management: ** Develop and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders within government procurement circles, ensuring sustained engagement and a deep understanding of evolving requirements and expectations.
**Qualifications: **
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in tender management, preferably within the government IT sector.
- A bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution, preferably in a relevant field.
- A comprehensive understanding of platforms like GeM e-procurement and familiarity with diverse state, PSU, and railway e-procurement tendering processes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to articulate complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software, ensuring efficient document preparation and collaboration.
- The capability to thrive under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Based in Delhi with a willingness to travel occasionally as required.
