Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Looking for 2+ years experience in google Workspace- L3 Support

-Manage and administer the Google Workspace environment, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and settings.

- Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of the Google Workspace platform.

- Configure and customize Google Workspace applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support integrations between Google Workspace and other business systems.

- Develop and implement best practices for Google Workspaceadministration, including user onboarding, offboarding, and security protocols.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the Google Workspace environment to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

- Stay up to date with the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and security enhancements, and provide recommendations for their implementation.

- Train and educate end-users on Google Workspace applications and features to promote efficient and effective utilization.

- Document technical procedures, guidelines, and policies related to Google Workspaceadministration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Google WorkspaceAdminor in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.

- Experience in managing and administering user accounts, groups, permissions, and settings within the Google Workspace environment.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Google Workspace applications.

- Familiarity with integrating Google Workspace with other business systems and applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented and capable of documenting technical procedures and guidelines. Google WorkspaceAdministratorcertification is a plus.
