Key Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow (ES & CX), Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Python & similar technologies.
Experience of designing architecture for Conversation AI, Gen AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Google LLMs etc.
Experience with driving discussions with the customer.
Experience with working on developing chatbot from scratch using Dialogflow and Gemini.
Experience with integration of existing chatbot (developed in Dialogflow ES) with new chatbot (developed in Dialogflow CX).
.Experience with conversation design based on the intents shared by the business.
.Integration of the final chatbot (Dialogflow CX) with the existing chatbot UI (developed in Dialogflow ES) and implemented login functionality in it.
.Implement various requirements in the chatbot.
.Implemented persistent session handling in dialogflow.
.Experience of working with various Python libraries - google.cloud.dialogflow_v2, google.protobuf.json_format, vertexai.generative_models, google.cloud.storage, google.auth.transport.requests
