We are seeking a motivated and talented Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. If you have 1-3 years of experience in Google Ads management and are passionate about digital marketing and sustainable living, this role is for you. As a Google Ads Expert at The Wellness Shop, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow our online presence.
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for The Wellness Shop's products.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Google Ads to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Implement targeting and retargeting strategies to reach the right audience at the right time in their buyer's journey.
- Provide recommendations for website optimization and landing page improvements to enhance the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources across different campaigns and ad groups.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Continuously experiment with new ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Ads platform, including Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenges.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Experience in the wellness or e-commerce industry is preferred.
