Job Description: Google Ads Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Google Ads Campaign Management:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives such as lead generation, sales, or brand awareness.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  1. Account Management:
  • Manage client accounts and maintain regular communication to understand their goals and requirements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients to maximize the effectiveness of their Google Ads campaigns.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and updates to clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation of funds and maximum ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to scale campaigns based on performance and budget constraints.
  1. Conversion Tracking and Optimization:
  • Set up conversion tracking and goal tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in driving desired actions.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
  1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for expansion.
  • Analyze keyword performance data and adjust bidding strategies accordingly to maximize campaign efficiency.
  1. Ad Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze ad performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Use data insights to refine targeting, ad messaging, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
  1. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to Google Ads and PPC advertising.
  • Implement new features and ad formats to stay ahead of the competition and drive better results for clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI.
  3. Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
  4. Proficiency in keyword research tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Strong communication and client management skills.
  7. Google Ads certification is a plus.

CTC: Upto 4LPA
