Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Golang and React to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in developing scalable applications and a solid understanding of both backend and frontend development. Experience with Python is an added advantage but not mandatory. This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility to work both from the office and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Golang for backend and React for frontend development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Ensure application security and data protection measures are in place.
- Support the deployment of applications in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Primary Skills: Proficiency in Golang and React is essential.
- Optional Skills: Experience with Python is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, including frontend, backend, and database technologies.
