Job Summary
As a Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in supervising, managing, and motivating team members daily to optimize productivity and collaboration. Excellent communication skills are essential as you'll be the primary contact for all team members, facilitating smooth team operations and ensuring project objectives are met promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary resources and support to perform their roles efficiently.
- Supervise and evaluate each team member's performance, offering feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize productivity and quality.
- Ensure project control and monitoring tools are updated and accurately represent the project's real-time status.
- Address and resolve project-related issues, alerting higher management and clients to risks and conflicts that could impact project success.
- Facilitate consistent communication with the team, superiors, and clients to provide updates and address inquiries related to project development.
- Liaise with other departments within the organization to address and resolve matters related to the project, client, or team members (e.g., client visits, network and computer equipment issues).
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics.
- Possess proven experience in a Team Lead role.

Role-specific Requirements.
Golang Developer
8+ years of full soUware development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, tes6ng, and opera6ons experience.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems, such as high-volume SaaS environments. Ideally experienced in scaling products 0->1.
- Expert in programming languages like Java, Python or Scala.
- Hands-on experience in RESTful webservices in Golang(Primary) and python(Secondary). GraphQL API development is a plus.
- Should have worked on SQL(Postgres) and NoSQL db(DynamoDB, Cassandra or MongoDB).
- Good knowledge in messaging systems: SQS
- Experienced in AWS stack - EC2, SQS, SNS, S3, lambda
- In depth knowledge of Cloud Na6ve Architecture, Microservice Architecture and related stacks (Service Registry, ELK / Splunk, service registry etc.) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Should have a strong Quality focussed approach to development experience with various Unit Tes6ng, Integra6on Tes6ng, and End-to-end func6onal tes6ng frameworks is required
