Experience Required
- Minimum of 6 years in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development
- Essential Skill: At least 5 years of experience with Go programming
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ensure the quality of code and solutions generated by AI systems, adhering to best practices
- Manage the development cycle by setting priorities, goals, and deadlines
- Apply deep expertise in Go to troubleshoot and resolve complex coding issues during AI validation
- Promote an innovative, collaborative environment within the team
- Conduct validation checks to ensure AI-generated code meets standards for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate AI system capabilities
- Provide constructive feedback on team members code to maintain high standards of software development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6+ years as a software engineer specializing in backend development
- Proven leadership skills, ideally with experience managing a team of software engineers
- Strong command of Go programming language and software development best practices
- Preferred: Experience working with AI systems and code-generation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
