The Role

Extract & organize data from diverse data sources (consumer research, business, media, social listening and other macro, micro trends etc.) to inform and answer business questions.
Undertake data extraction, collation, manipulation, formatting, and analysis as needed.
Ensure that all tables, charts, and other information produced has been checked for accuracy and formatted to OpenX standards before release.
Demonstrate flexibility and work across multiple projects at a time as directed by the analytics lead.
This is a global role based out of India Gurugram but working across different time zones/geographies remotely.

The Team

The analytics manager will be reporting to Data and Analytics Lead and work closely with the various Category teams including Category Leads, End to End Strategist as well External partner agencies to deliver brilliant ideas and inspired thinking to the help solve the client's business challenges.

What you will bring

You will bring strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data,

Experience in consumer products analytics, in the CPG domain
Experience with data integration from multiple sources
Proficiency in data query languages, especially SQL
Experience with popular statistical techniques, such as clustering, linear regression, decision trees, etc.
Experience with BI tools such, preferably Power BI.
Great communication skills
Willingness to learn, explore, and reinvent.
Ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization internally and externally.
Education - Engineering from Top tier Institutes in India
Work Experience 3-4 years of exp working with/for CPG industry.
