- Manage sourcing for multiple Green Ammonia & Green Hydrogen Projects
- Analyse industry and demand trends and support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Conduct industry research to identify potential new suppliers.
- Identify and eliminate waste and/or variability in the supply chain.
- Develop team to execute and implement organizational strategies in contracts and procurement domain.
- Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with latest laws.
Enable the following activities
- Evaluate suppliers based on products, services, performance and prices.
- Negotiate contracts/agreements for procurement of materials / services.
- Select suppliers; administer contracts throughout the project.
- Assess supplier performance wrt: quality, cost, delivery, service.
- Ensure on time preparation and issuance of purchase orders and agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
- Inspection and evaluation of the quality of purchased items and resolve short comings
- Prepare proposals, request Quotes/Bids, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with Vendors to ensure terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the terms and regulations.
