Responsible for overall Safety function for all assets,
Knowledge of OHSAS, local safety laws and other regulatory agencies
Strong technical skills with a sharp focus on attention to details
Knowledge of relevant codes for safety
Knowledge of best practices and trends in the industry and recommend implementation on projects.
Experience in Safety Audit, Monitoring and Controls.
Knowledge of ESG and Sustainability in Construction will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of specialized certifications for Hospitality Industry like Hygiene Certification, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management is an added advantage.
Qualifications
B E Civil with PG in Project/Construction Management / MBA/NEBOSH Certification in OHSAS/Health & Safety/American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP)/National Safety Council (NSC)/ISO 45001/14001 Certifications
20 to 25 years from Real Estate (Commercial, Hospitality, Retail).
Special Experience in Hotels and Mixed-use development projects
