Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing. Proven track record of driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in fintech industry is a must. Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms. Knowledge of web development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
