Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) - Human Resources to lead our HR function in India. This role is crucial in driving the HR strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting the business objectives in a rapidly evolving automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Implement effective talent management and succession planning processes.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive initiatives for continuous performance improvement.
Learning and Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Change Management and Organizational Development:

Desired Profile:
- Education: MBA in HR or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR practices, talent management, performance management, and change management.

- Location: Must be willing to work in Gurgaon.
