We are looking for a GM who can further build the organization without impacting the legacy andculturebuilt overpast 100years.We are lookingfor a Graduatein any discipline andMastersinHospital Administration or Business Administration from reputed institutes with a minimum experienceof 20 years at a senior level. The ideal candidate should have achieved functional excellence preferablyin Hospital segment with cross functional exposure.Managing green field projects or new projects fromplanningto execution alsois anaddedadvantage.

Compensation:
Inclusiveof PerformanceLinked Variable Pay, we are looking at an annual compensation of Rs.20lakhs atCTC level.

To drive the Hospital's ambitious growth plans, the group is looking for a General Manager with the
ultimate and total management responsibility for hospital division with a total staff strength of 200. The
role of the GM is to guide and lead the company in achieving its aggressive growth strategies, to manage
and connect the dots amongst the reporting functional heads like clinical and non clinical areas.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Business Development, project execution monitoring and commissioning as per
strategic business plan
2. Coordinate with external agencies / Govt statutory bodies for renewal / obtaining licenses
3. Communicate high performance standards and also shows confidence in the team's abilities
4. Responsible for overall operations of the Hospital division, including stores, purchase, HR,
Accounts, maintenance, facilities management and patient relations.
5. Overall support and coordination for NABH activities
6. Responsible for dealing all matters related to Trade union and leading discussions for smooth
closure of LTS.
7. Train, motivate and develop team to take more responsibilities for organisational growth
Key Functions
To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
To give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's mission,vision,
values and strategy.
Work closely with Corporate HR team to ensure employee engagement, implementation of
performance management systems and learning and development initiatives.
Work closely with Corporate Finance team to bring financial discipline and overalleffectiveness
in financial administration.
Requirements/Qualification
Vaidyaratnam is a family run organization in its 5th generation. A successful home-grown enterprise
with a rich legacy of close to a century, the group has recently embarked on re-purposing its
Organizational Structure, professionalizing the management, sharpening the performance management
system and re-crafting its Human Resource Practices & Policies.
We are looking for a GM who can further build the organization without impacting the legacy and
culture built over past 100 years. We are looking for a Graduate in any discipline and Masters in
Hospital Administration or Business Administration from reputed institutes with a minimum experience
of 20 years at a senior level. The ideal candidate should have achieved functional excellence preferably
in Hospital segment with cross functional exposure. Managing green field projects or new projects from
planning to execution also is an added advantage.
Preferred age is 45 year with a maximum cut off at 50. Candidates from Kerala preferred.

than the role spec in some ways. Knowing the language and being a cultural fit are of highest
importance. The candidate should be willing to relocate and be based at Trichur, the group's HQ.
The candidate should have the capability and Competencies to look for in the candidate are:

2. Ability to strike long term alliances with partners Indian and Overseas and maintain
relationships in a sustainable manner.
