Job Description

We are looking for a HR head from real estate / construction industry in Hyderabad. Must have 18+ years of experience with following skills -

HR-Strategic

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business

objectives.

Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters. Drive

initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition

Derive effective methods of recruitment and selection process to ensure that organization

attracts and retains top talent.

Develop and implement effective onboarding system to integrate new employees into

company culture and values.

Talent Management

Designing transparent & objective Performance Management System (PMS), Succession

Planning and Career Development.

Creation of JDs/competency models/Skill Matrix

Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.

Working out measures that align employees with companys culture & value.

Training And Development

Promote a learning culture within the organization.

Competency mapping and skill gap analysis

Identifying training needs and developing tailor made programs/ planned interventions to

enhance the technical, managerial and behavioral skills as required at appropriate levels.

Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership team.

HR Operational

HR Policy HR restructuring/Framework, creating HR Manuals/Policies.

Compensation & Benefits

Regularly review and benchmark compensation to ensure market competitiveness.

Overall control and management of operational areas like Attendance, Payroll and Full &

Final settlements.

Employee Relations

Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a

positive work environment.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate corrective action and

ensure maintaining discipline of high order.

Design and implement Employee Engagement activities & initiatives to nurture

belongingness amongst employees with the company.

Statutory And Contract Labor Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, addressing legal issues and

mitigating risks.

General Administration & Welfare

Oversee the functioning of these areas to ensure maximum employee satisfaction.

Liaison with Government/statutory authorities to protect companys interest.

Make the process owners responsible for ensuring that the company provided amenities

reach out to employees.

Required Skills

Highly motivated, dedicated, and result-driven to deliver results.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Interpersonal skills and cross functional effectiveness.

Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, MS outlook, MS PowerPoint etc.,)
