Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through focused sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • To acquire new clients for all our service offerings including Executive Search, Recruitment, RPO, professional staffing, HR consulting at all India level.
  • Carry out Market Research of the opportunities in growing sectors of economy be it Manufacturing, Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Defense, Real Estate, Chemicals, Consumer, IT, BFSI as per need of the company.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers like Owners, CEO, CHRO, Head of Talent Acquisitions.
  • Willing to travel and generate revenue.
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Leading a small team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or MBA
  • 10 years of BD, sales, new client acquisitions.
  • Last 5 years must be in Executive Search, Recruitment, RPO, professional staffing, HR consulting services selling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
