We are looking for meticulous and insightful Performance Insights Specialists to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing productivity across our global workforce. As a Performance Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for closely monitoring and analyzing employee performance through our internal CRM dashboards. Your insights will directly contribute to performance enhancements, data-driven decision-making, and overall organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Track, monitor, and report employee performance metrics through our internal CRM dashboards.
• Extract and manipulate data in advanced Excel and Google Spreadsheets to produce comprehensive performance reports.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data, identifying any discrepancies, trends, or patterns within performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team leaders to communicate findings and make recommendations for performance improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of performance data, establishing trust within the organization.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards in alignment with business needs to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Spreadsheets, including functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience in data tracking and performance reporting; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• High degree of trustworthiness, with demonstrated integrity in handling sensitive data.
• Strong communication skills, able to present insights effectively to leadership and team members.
