The Global Talent Management Specialist will drive the success of various talent management processes and/or programs by coordinating and completing tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate key talent management projects such as employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, employee assessments, etc.
- Develop and maintain several project plans and timelines at once, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Organize and document talent management processes and lessons learned to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure needs are met
- Facilitate team communication and collaboration by attending & setting up team meetings
- Develop training, presentations and communication materials with the guidance of the Manager
- Attend, schedule and organize meetings; create and distribute agendas, meeting notes and action items
- Occasionally assists to train employees on new processes or procedures and all other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Bachelor's degree: Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Professional working-level English
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans with minimal supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Motivation and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work on a global team
- Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)
Experience (Minimum Required):
- Minimum 5 years working experience including 2+ years of experience managing multiple medium-high complexity projects at once
