- The Global TA Data Intelligence Specialist is a member of the Global Talent Strategic Solutions team within Talent Acquisition and will drive the design, development and management of the Global Talent organisations metrics, scorecards, dashboards and analysis.
- This role will serve as the subject matter expert of Workday and Power BI to enable reporting analytics to help us to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment activities and outcomes.
- This role will also produce relevant and agreed reports demonstrating recruitment trends on weekly, monthly and a quarterly basis; facilitate commentary on reports to offer context to data and meaning to trends that relays insights and tells a story to stakeholders through data.
- This role will also maintain awareness of current trends and future capabilities with Workday, Power BI and beyond to enable best practices in current and anticipated data reporting analytics capability.
What will you be doing
- Partner with TA Leadership to gain feedback on current dashboards and reports to deliver a suite of reports meeting stakeholder requirements
- Through data and analytical insights, provide reports to drive S+Ns enterprise TA strategies, performance and talent attraction efforts
- Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, data mining and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers, identify trends and influence strategies with data-based insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends in order to understand analytical capabilities outside of S+N and bring new expertise, capabilities and knowledge into the TA organisation and beyond
- Partner cross functionally to understand how we can create new processes for data extraction and build automation into our reporting capabilities
What you will need to be successful
- Leverage 5+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Development, to derive valuable business insights.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively in an international setting, contributing to a global environment.
- Stay up to date in terms industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Ideally, have experience with reporting through TA systems like Workday, Beamery, or LinkedIn.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
