Design, build and maintain the Documentum platform that runs on Kubernetes.
Design and implement features and functionality for upcoming major and minor releases mainly on Automation stack including Documentum platform technologies as necessary (D2, Indexing Services, Retention Policy Services)
Experience with DevOps tools like Git, configuring CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Bees
Experience in working with Infrastructure as Code. Driving automatic configuration of infrastructure with Chef or Puppet or Ansible
Strong Linux Shell scripting experience
Work with solution architects on the technical design of core components of Documentum suite of products
Collaboration with the application and project management teams that build and manage the applications running on top of the CI/CD and Documentum platforms to ensure all necessary requests are managed within the CI/CD framework
Ensure that project/enhancements work delivered to agreed timelines following the release calendars
Manage external partners who provide the scale and specific expertise around Documentum Management systems and ensure consistent quality.
Resolve customer issues and provide debugging if necessary, primarily for CI/CD tool components and documentum platform level and ensure services are managed as per the defined SLAs/KPIs
Responsible for continuous improvement and management of changes affecting the services.
Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scope
