Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to spearhead our global sales efforts from India. This role will focus on driving growth for our AI-driven SaaS products. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to our company's success. Eventually, this role will also hire and manage a high-performing sales team globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute innovative global sales strategies that drive growth in the L&D and recruiting sectors.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align global sales initiatives with the companys strategic goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Sales Management:
- Lead and mentor a global sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance to achieve them.
- Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales environment with a focus on performance and development.
- Implement best practices and sales methodologies to enhance team effectiveness.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities in both established and new international markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Tailor sales strategies to address regional market needs and drive penetration.
- Customer Engagement:
- Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional value to customers, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and continued client success.
- Sales Operations:
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with precision.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute global campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Work closely with Product Management to relay market feedback and influence product development.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze global sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8-10 years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on L&D and recruiting software.
- Proven success in managing global sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth.
- Experience in a high-paced startup environment is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the L&D and recruiting software landscape.

- Education:
