Job Description

  • Support our regions globally by planning ahead resource allocations for our teams
  • Project managing new resource requests, coordinating across multiple Brainlabs locations
  • Own and deliver trends and analysis, to provide recommendations on future people planning
  • Act as the relationship manager between our lead and supporting regions
  • Drive sustainable growth by maximising utilisation of our supporting regions in India and LATAM
Who you are
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in Resource Planning and/or a process management function
  • You are a strong communicator and have the ability to lead conversations
  • You are comfortable with handling large data sets and are able to independently present and analyse your findings
  • You have experience collaborating with colleagues in EMEA and/or North America
  • You display a strong attention to detail
  • You ideally have experience in Global Media/Data/Advertising agencies
