We're seeking someone to join our team as a Reconciliation Manager within Global Operation and Position Control, global team supporting Equity Derivatives, Interest Rate, Credit Derivatives, Commodities and Collateral. The team supports primarily middle office functions with a global presence.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is a team manager position at Director level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What You'll Do In The Role
- Ensuring all controls and processes within the responsibility of the role are completed and continually evolving in line with the requirements of the team and Firm.
- Providing accurate and timely escalations to line manager
- Demonstrate ownership by being accountable for any issues highlighted within their control processes.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
- Timely escalation of issues to key stakeholders and business partners to ensure effective resolution
- Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all key client outputs and management reporting;
- Production and Development of Management Information
- Production of Metrics and Stakeholder Pack
- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of all outputs of the team are to the required standard
- Reconciliation of internal firm systems, to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data used at the various stages of the trade life cycle.
- Managing and Developing a team;
- Line Management (1 to 1, Mid Year and Year End Evaluations)
What You'll Bring To The Role
- The successful candidate would ideally be a confident and experienced people manager
- Experience required is 8-13 years
- The successful candidate would ideally have a record of accomplishment and experience of delivering against tight deadlines
- The successful candidate would ideally be a confident well-rounded methodical person with strong analytical skill
