Knowledge@BCG consists of the Knowledge Team (KT), Data & Research Services (DRS) and Knowledge & Collaboration Solution (KCS). KT is a group of experts within respective fields or areas providing industry, functional and geographic expertise to consulting teams. KT members are aligned to Practice Areas, sometimes serving as members of case or project teams. KT offers insight into a topic or function derived from BCG's knowledge base and case/project experience. The members of our DRS team work alongside consulting team colleagues to bring advanced research capabilities to support projects and clients. KCS team is a cross-functional team equipping BCGers with internal and external knowledge resources and digital collaboration tools, enabling them to work smarter and with increased productivity

What You'll Do

Enterprise Services is a global team of experts and operational leaders managing a diverse set of functional areas serving BCGers worldwide. These are critical business functions with significant influence on our employee experience. Our internal clients within BCG are its offices, systems, and regions; its Practice Areas; and other internal BCG functions such as Marketing, Learning & Development, and Finance.In BCG, there is an internal function called Case Team Services that manages relationships, commercials, contracts and delivery with large vendors in areas of External Expert Management, External Content Management, Global PowerPoint Production, Language Services, and a few others. This function manages multiple services utilized by BCG Consulting Teams to deliver proposals or case work. Transforming the digital products supporting Case Team Services is a critical enabler of success. This is a dynamic environment, and as such the Product Owner will be crucial in helping to define the digitally enabled future of Case Team Services at BCG.To help execute this transformation, we need a Product Owner that will lead one of the digital product squad supporting Case Team Services. He/she will be setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the Squad to ensure a best-in-class sustainable experience. The Product Owner will take end-to-end ownership of Squad goals, set product roadmap and vision, and drive value realization by translating the internal client voice and needs into product features. These products include a combination of SaaS solutions and custom applications.Working with Squad members without line management authority over them will be key-you are a servant-leader and embody that in how you approach the work. You will coordinate closely with your Portfolio Lead to stay aligned on business goals and make sure your Squad is progressing and delivering against them. You will also represent the voice of the internal client and make sure that Squad members understand their needs and preferences. To get this work done, you will own and prioritize the backlog of user stories that your Squad members will use to inform their work, and be responsible for supporting and motivating your squad membersAmong your responsibilities, you will:Deliver business results and customer valueEnsure that the product is built in an incremental way, releasing new working features at the end of each sprint and creating value for the customerTracking product performance to inform future workDelivering on specific and measurable KPIs to be defined for your SquadManaging relevant product budget process and supporting Tribe Lead in engaging with funding processServe as the voice of the internal clientTranslating the voice and needs of internal clients into user stories, engaging users as neededEngaging in continuous discovery (e.g., via surveys & interviews) to understand internal client needsLeveraging empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritizationDetermining tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and speed to executionRepresenting customer needs to ensure they are understood and integrated into the Squad's workProactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirementsFacilitating product demos to empower Squad members with real-time feedback from customersOversee what is delivered by the Squad and whenPrioritizing work through a well-organized backlog of user st

What You'll Bring

Total 7+ years relevant experience as Product Owner, IT Project Manager, with experience in Agile roles like Scrum Master or Agile Coach a plus.Understanding of GenerativeAI based productsAgile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Product Owner)Understanding of agile principles and ways of working.Understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, and delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projectsDivergent thinker who can converge ideas into tangible productsExceptional communications and stakeholder management skillsExperience in consulting is a plus

Who You'll Work With

Every member of your squad, for which you will be its servant leaderInternal clients, translating their voice and needs into user stories and engaging users as neededProduct Portfolio Lead who will set the vision, roadmap, budget, and priorities & OKRs for the tribes and subsequently, for the squadsScrum Masters, which will act as your right hand to remove impediments and will assess you in dealing with the different artifacts and ceremoniesOther Product Owners within BCG, to share best practices and ensure alignment between squads and a cultureAgile Coaches, with whom you will share passion about Agile ways of working and with whom you will shape promote business agility (within your teams and in the whole company)Chapter Leads and Tech Area Leaders for technical solutioning and delivery
