Leverage insights from data analytics, customer feedback, and industry trends to adjust GTM strategies.Content and Campaign Development
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and content creation to increase lead generation, drive brand awareness, and nurture customer engagement.
Develop targeted, value-driven content for various formats including digital, video, case studies, and customer testimonials.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the customer voice within cross-functional teams, shaping product enhancements, go-to-market initiatives, and marketing strategy.
Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams to ensure the customer experience aligns with brand promise.
A successful Global Product Marketing Lead should have:. Experience: Over 10 years experience in a product marketing leadership role, preferably within fintech, payments, trade finance, SCF or B2B financial services platforms
. Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in building GTM strategies, market positioning, and delivering measurable business outcomes through targeted product marketing initiatives.
. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B fintech products and the financing landscape, with a track record of successful product launches in new and competitive markets.
. Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies, supported by experience in market research and competitive analysis.
. Content Creation: Hands-on experience in crafting compelling content and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
. Sales Enablement: Experience developing sales enablement materials and working collaboratively with sales teams to ensure success in customer acquisition and retention.
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field MBA preferred.
