Job Description

Position: Global Process Manager (GPM) Procure-to-Pay

Minimum Qualification: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.

An MBA or other advanced degrees can be advantageous.

Experience: 15+ years

Location: Pune, Kharadi

CTC: 28-30 LPA to best in Industry with benefits

Employment Type: Full-time [Contract period 6 months (extendable to 1 year)]

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Process standardization
  • GPM drives the P2P process standardization discipline, starting with process discovery, process design, process governance and ongoing accountability for process performance.
  • Accountable for accurate, up-to-date, brilliant basic artefact (such as ARIS process maps) embedded with controls, policy interventions & industry leading best practices
  • Maintain & uphold global process standards, by reviewing process exceptions & minimizing process/policy/technology deviations
  • Deliver measurable value linked to procurement transformation priorities, by establishing end-to-end performance measures to achieve following benefits
  • P2P GPM community owns the global procurement policy at, which is followed by 1000+ people, across business and GBS
  • Business VPs, business process champions, category managers, strategy-to-contract GPMs, procurement operations, operational excellence teams
  • GPM will collaborate with technology solution architects, project manager, change mangers, template owners, automation experts and cross-functional teams from Finance and Customer

Skills Required:

  • Requires in-depth knowledge of P2P processes & technology, in addition to value levers across source-to-pay
  • Strategic, analytical, solution oriented, problem-solving mindset with resilient leadership qualities coupled with stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Technology proficiency in SAP S4/HANA, Ariba is essential. Certifications/credentials (Procurement/SCM related, Lean, Six Sigma) are an added advantage
