Job Description

Focus of the Function:

We are looking for a young leader who has a passion for sales and marketing for global markets

  • Inside Sales pipelining: Work with management to create a sales revenue plan for the team, breakout assignments for geographic territories and individuals. Support deal progress as needed for individual inside sales professionals. Track and analyze prospect progress through funnel, identifying areas for improvement within the systems or within the sales process.
  • Lead generation and nurturing: Monitor progress against this plan, noting opportunities for upside and potential threats. Work in close loop to track pipeline process, Report on status against this plan on a weekly basis to executive team and management.

Collaboration expert & team coach: Collaborate with Presales, Sales and Marketing management to develop and grow the opportunity pipeline in target regions worldwide. Ensure that the company achieves its ambitious growth targets by driving qualified lead generation for all Sales Regions. Work closely with Marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective prospecting and communication strategies, including call pitches, social media outreach, and other Sales 2.0 technologies. Utilize best-in-class tools and technologies to continuously improve business development productivity and performance. Recruit, train, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of Business Development Executives/Inside Sales Representatives.

This role is a combination of excellent marketing mindset along with good sales sense in B2B environment with the ability to learn new age technologies and hunger to succeed in the saturated industry through fresh and new ideas.

Minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:

MBA Marketing, BE/BTech (Preferred) approx. 8 -15 years of experience in Inside Sales in an IT setup

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills having managed an inside sales team for global markets US, UK, MEA, APAC
  • Creative problem solver with an ability to thrive in a competitive, and dynamic business environment.
  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in utilizing Sales 2.0 technologies, such as ABM tools (6Sense, DemandBase, Bombora, Outreach, Salesforce CRM, Database tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, and other relevant tools, to drive prospecting, communication, and pipeline generation strategies.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful inside sales teams
  • The high degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude
  • Experience being adaptable while working in a high-growth, fast-paced, or start-up environment.
