Choose the best place for your work- Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This Position can be filled at Siemens Healthineers locations in Germany as well as in Europe and the US East Coast.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • In each M&A deal, you represent HR as the Workstream Lead and work closely with the respective Global HR Business Partners, the company, and all other stakeholders
  • During Due Diligence (DD), you coordinate and support all HR workstream members (e. g., Local HR, HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise) you drive the development of the HR DD report, which is presented to the deal team
  • As part of the DD, you plan HR data requests, organize the documentation of results, identification, quantification, and mitigation of risks, and ensure that integration considerations and budget requirements are prepared
  • You also participate in expert sessions and, together with the legal department, are responsible for the HR-related paragraphs in the Master Sale and Purchase Agreement
  • Working in close alignment with the respective Global HR Business Partner, you support the company in developing a retention plan
  • During the integration phase, you act as a consultant the integration itself is driven by a dedicated HR Integration Manager and the responsible HR Business Partner
  • You contribute to the strategic alignment of the HR M&A function and continuously improve our existing templates and tools
  • You support the upskilling of HR workstream resources by providing coaching and advice as required

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field with a focus on HR or Project Management
  • You have many years of experience as an HR professional in an international, complex matrix organization and in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • You have several years of experience in leading large, complex HR transformation or cross-functional HR projects with demonstrable delivery of project requirements
  • You possess broad, generalist HR knowledge (concepts, systems, tools, processes) and ideally have international HR experience
  • You bring in basic knowledge of M&A processes in-depth experience in M&A-related topics, especially practical experience and know-how in M&A deals, is very welcomed

  • You have fluent English skills German is a plus
  • Your ability to focus, set priorities, and work under challenging time constraints sets you apart
  • You have demonstrated results-oriented leadership qualities in coordinating and leading virtual teams
  • You are experienced in identifying and resolving complex issues, even under unfamiliar or ambiguous conditions
  • You are highly detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills enable you to collaborate with all levels of the company
  • You have a clear aspiration to be a trusted advisor and sparring partner for the management you anticipate business needs and proactively offer solutions
