Responsibilities:
Oversee projects and serve as a key finance partner to all other business management stakeholders to ensure efficiency and excellence in all financial aspects of relevant projects from concept to completion.
Manage in accordance with group policies and procedures and the reporting and controlling operations of all finance teams in all locations the Group is operating in.
Perform global controls and monitor the execution of the local controls framework.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts and relevant variance reports.
Prepare and publish timely finance and pricing models and analyses.
Create monthly and annual reports and analyses to highlight results, explain trends, and provide insights.
Support the local teams to ensure all reporting is compliant with statutory law and relevant regulations.
Contribute to documenting and improving finance business processes and policies to strengthen the control framework and the quality of finance functions.
Streamline and improve accounting systems and operations. Oversee the management of cash flow and budget controls.
Manage the statutory and group management audit process and liaise with external providers/consultants as required.
Contribute to the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes.
Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives and management as well as in all project and activities as needed.Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field.
ACCA, CPA, or CA certificate is strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of global financial controller experience.
Proven experience in a global technology BPO industry.
Deep knowledge of financial practices and regulations including IFRS standards, GAAP, and internal controls.
Experience in managing finance projects within an international business environment.
Firm grasp of MS Excel.
Nuanced understanding of data warehouses, data reporting tools, and BI reports.
Experience in global finance shared-service models.
Audit experience with Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PWC.
Ability to multi-task and be hands-on in a fast-paced global environment to meet deadlines under pressure.
Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
