Global Equity Analyst, Operations and Systems

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in managing stock equity or global mobility tax programs.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SQL, advanced spreadsheets, dashboarding, data visualizations, and data analytics programs.
  
• Experience with stock plan administration or global mobility tax.
  
• Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  
• Ability to work on cross-functional, team projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

The Global Equity Management team oversees all of Google's equity stock programs globally to help Googlers make the most of their equity stock compensation while ensuring Google remains compliant from a regulatory and tax perspective.

In this role, you will lead and execute various stock equity related operational and compliance programs including any related special projects. You will also manage the team's equity related systems and integrations including automation and AI related efforts to streamline all of our processes using approved tools and programs at Google. You will partner with other functions such as Corp Engineering (on all system integrations related projects and tasks), PeopleOps (on global mobility and employee experience) and Finance (for internal and external reporting including employment tax, accounting and payroll). You will also provide analysis relating to the stock equity program and drive innovative changes in our program by finding best practices and developments in laws whilst partnering with other functions in ensuring ongoing compliance.

• Lead and manage the team'sautomation and AI related effortsrelating to existing and future stock equity related programs and processes.
• Performdata analyticsby utilizing the vast existing data on the company's stock equity program, and provide informed recommendations and improvements on various programs.
  
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and programs, including automation and AI related efforts.
  
• Understand, lead, and manage the team's equity related systems and integrations, including any future system implementations and improvements.
  
• Helpemployees (where needed)to navigate the complexities relating to the stock equity program using various communications, training programs and resources, and engaging in cross-functional engagement with internal stakeholders to understand the issues affecting employees relating to the stock equity program.
