Terumo Aortic are currently looking to recruit a Global Downstream Marketeer for our Hybrid, Custom and Surgical department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly global business during an exciting time of investment and growth within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global downstream marketing activities for the Hybrid, Custom, and Surgical product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Marketing, Sales Training, R&D, Regulatory, QA/QC, Production, and Clinical Affairs, to launch new products and support existing portfolios.
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies, product launches, and strategic campaigns to drive sales performance and market share.
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather market insights and enhance clinical practices.
- Coordinate global branding, market analysis, and customer segmentation activities.
- Support product training initiatives for sales teams, distributors, and surgeons.
What You Will Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Science or Business (Marketing qualification preferred).
- 5+ years of downstream marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in vascular, surgical, or hybrid technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional global environment.
