Perform monthly variance analysis for various ESC transition agreements with Solventum including Supply Agreement (SA), Transition Contract Manufacturing Agreement (TCMA), Transitional Service Agreement (TSA).
Support global financial forecasting activities for various ESC transition agreements via partnering with ESC Transition Management Office (TMO) and BG finance teams.
Partner with ESC TMO and IT teams to develop automated reporting solution.
Partner with site finance colleagues under various transition agreements and support standard and fixed price setting process for new SKUs.
Responsible for ESC separation cost tracking and analysis
Provide ongoing finance support for transition agreement renewal or negotiation
Partner across the organization with ESC Finance, Transition Management Office, Corporate FP&A, Controllership team, and Tax to support other ongoing initiatives related to Solventum separation.
