Job Description
This role supports the build out of the CRM Salesforce functionality for Goldman Sachs IB Engineering. You will be embedded within the CRM Engineering team and work to help drive and execute on our CRM roadmap and priorities.
- Collaborate across disciplines to develop a world class CRM for IB Engineering
- Be involved in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) including effort estimation, the gathering of business requirements, the design, development, reviewing, building, testing, and deployment of software changes.
- Design and develop best in class solutions in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, CSS and JavaScript
- Facilitate technical process review sessions and develop robust testing plans.
- Engage with support teams to troubleshoot and solve production issues faced by user.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, especially REST.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing Lightning Web Components
- Clear understanding of Salesforce access and sharing models, including Apex sharing
- Experience with Apex code, write Apex triggers, Apex classes, Asynchronous apex.
- Ability to understand data migration and integration requirements, analyze requirements, define and execute implementation plans.
- Hands-on experience on Platform Events, CDC, Push topics etc.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce PD1 Certification Must have
- Salesforce PD2 Certification - Preferrable
- Salesforce Admin Certification - Preferrable
