Actively contribute to professional and reliable technology delivery of Document Management applications, systems, platforms, and processes for business domain/function(s) in scope.
Design and implement features and functionality for upcoming major and minor releases of Documentum platform technologies including Data and Document migration strategy and execution.
Design and deliver data and document migration for Sandoz DMS applications
Work with solution architects on the technical design of core components of Documentum suite of products
Actively contribute to on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of DMS solutions.
Effectively engage with the chosen SI Partner(s) and collaboratively strive to deliver business value.
Ensure enterprise grade and state of the art Solution Design and Architecture with maximizing re-usability, configurability, and scalability.
Ensure top class and state of the art engineering delivery, code management, DevSecOps management, automation and strive for highest efficiency.
Run efficient DevSecOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance in line with the specific role.
Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.

Establish successful partnerships with key delivery providers such as Infrastructure and external companies such as OpenText, Veeva, D4S platform and other Documentum services

Education:
University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology discipline or equivalent.
Languages:
English excellent fluency in oral and written
Experience:
8 years+ experience in Document management system in healthcare, or pharma;
Deep knowledge of IT and business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP)
Deep knowledge in delivering data and document migration projects of DMS applications
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
