Global Associate Director, Business Analyst Regulatory Solutions

The
Global Associate Director, Business Analyst Regulatory Solutions reports to the Global Head, Regulatory, Patient Safety and Pipeline & Portfolio Solutions. The role act as an advisor providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate Technology teams to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data and feedback analysis from diverse group of stakeholders from business and technology domains.
- Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for responsible business domain/function(s)
- Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation.
- Collaborate closely with technology PM and guide and together guide the product/project teams supporting validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
- Guide the product/project teams that keep abreast with internal Digital & IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), Technology Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions, and services wherever applicable.
- Ensure services, solutions, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
- Support delivery against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible Domain / functions.
- Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing deploying new solutions and services.
- Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
Experience
- Industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma; expert understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in the respective area.
- Deep knowledge of IT and business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP)
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Affairs business processes and complexities (or other highly regulated domains)
- Expert understanding of business process analysis & design and system architecture concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
- Strong Veeva Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, etc.) knowledge and experience.

- Good communication & presentation skills
- Networking with key business and IT stakeholders and ability to present to stakeholder groups.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at team and management levels, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.
- Strong internal and/or external influencing skills to achieve the program objectives.
- Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements.
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision in a highly matrixed and multi-cultural environment, taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Acting as a role model for all people within the organization
- Strong can-do attitude and results-focused, with capability to think strategically.
Education
University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology discipline or equivalent, MBA optional
Languages
English excellent fluency in oral and written.
