Job Description
Looking for a person responsible for India Onboarding Process. Should have experience in handling 200+ joiners in a month.
Co-ordinating with recruitment for joiners list.
Co-ordinating with candidates for Mandatory documents and guiding them on the onboarding process.
Document verification and UAN checks to be conducted
To ensure all the statutory forms are filled accurately before the joining
To take presentation to new joiner on Day 1
To ensure onboarding and pre-onboarding process is completed smoothly.
Daily/weekly/Monthly reports
To ensure all the documents of the candidates are uploaded in Workday.
Co-ordination with stakeholders for Laptop, ID badge and access card issuance.
Issuance of joining kits to new joiners and to maintain the stock.
Rolling out new joiner survey questions to new joiners.
Preparing monthly dashboards for management review.
Requirement
MBA HR/Others
5 plus years of Experience as a HR Operations
Good exposure in Statutory Compliance and labor laws
ISO certification Added advantage
Workday Experience Good to have
Good in Communication
Good in Excel and presentation skills
Must have experience in facing external and internal audits
