Job Description : Junior Trainee ( Supplier development)
Supplier Evaluation: Assist in assessing potential and existing suppliers through data collection, analysis, and on-site visits.
Development Initiatives: Help in implementing supplier development initiatives and improvement programs. Participate in the development of action plans to address performance gaps.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and development activities.
Performance Monitoring: Support the tracking of supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost. Assist in preparing reports on supplier performance and improvement areas
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Office Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to supplier sites as needed.
