- Investigate and resolve production-related quality issues
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects
- Cost Reduction:Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction
- Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Work with suppliers to negotiate better pricing for materials and components
- Manufacturing Documentation:Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and maintenance
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to implement process changes
