GERMAN LANGUAGE TRAINER

Description

We are looking for a German Language Trainer to join our team. The candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India. The trainer will be responsible for teaching German language to the employees of our company and improving their communication skills in the language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver German language training programs to employees of the company
• Evaluate the language learning needs of employees and customize training programs accordingly
• Monitor the progress of employees and provide feedback to them
• Assist in developing German language training materials
• Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency in training programs

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in German language or related field
• 1-4 years of experience as a German language trainer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Experience in teaching German language to adults
• In-depth knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Ability to develop customized training programs based on the needs of employees
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training tools
